Meanwhile...

Took a short break from my excavation project to actually place Hannibal's Dwarf Crinum into a garden bed and transplant a few others plants (not to mention remove several Nandina).


Meanwhile, the excavation pile continues to grow...




 And the area of exposed rock is still expanding...

    Those are my favorite rocks: nice flat ones, not too thick, perfect for a pathway. I have to say your excavation pile looks a darn sight better than ours!

    Oh, my. Muscles ache, just looking at all that work.

    We haven't encountered any slabs that large.

    I love those big rocks. But, digging them up is no fun.
