About a week ago, I got around to planting some annuals. I tend to favor Begonias (Begonia semperflorens) as they handle my shade well and don't demand as much water as some other varieties. This year, I have four large Begonia pots scattered about the garden. They certainly add a splash of color in my mostly leafy garden.

A Potted Plant & Some Basil
Been searching for the right pot for a 'Moonshine' Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata 'Moonshine') that I purchased almost a month ago. Finally found one that seemed right (the pot is actually much greener in real life) and was able to get it planted.
Also placed three Sweet Basil (Ocimum basilicum) out into the garden beds in three different locales with varying light levels. I want to see which one suits it's growth best.
I have continued working on preparing some future garden beds (and gradually reducing my Nandina stands). With the cooler weather lately, it has been wonderful being outside.
